1. How do I find a specific article?
The quickest way to find specific articles is via the menu, which you will find in the middle of the top section of the website.
Here you can filter by product categories.
If the item is sold out or not currently in stock, it cannot be selected.
2. I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation by email. What should I do?
Please first check if you have entered your correct email address you have specified.
The order confirmation will always be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
If the email address is correct, please check whether the order confirmation has ended up in your spam folder.
If you cannot find your order confirmation there either, please contact our support at the following email address: support@gasmaverick.com
3. How long do I have to wait for my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, shipping may take up to 10 business days. But don't worry: We assure you that your package will be delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Exceptions to this rule apply to deliveries abroad, for example.
4. How does package tracking work?
You can track the progress of your package at any time using the package tracking service. You will receive the tracking number and link created for your order via email on the day of shipment.
Here you can track the delivery status of your order at any time.
The tracking number only becomes active once the package has been scanned by the parcel service.
5. What can I do to ensure the delivery goes smoothly?
To ensure smooth and fast delivery, we ask you to observe the following points:
- Please ensure that you provide your delivery address completely.
This includes: name, street, house number, postal code, city, country.
- Provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package immediately. You can also provide the address of your workplace, a neighbor, or a friend if you won't be home on the expected delivery date.
- Track your package. This way, you can see approximately when your package will be delivered and be informed if there are any delivery issues.
6. The delivered product is damaged or not the correct item, what now?
If you find any products in your order that are damaged, do not function as intended, or do not match the products you ordered, please notify us by email.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we ask you to take pictures of the damaged/incorrect product and send them along with a description of the damage to support@gasmavericks.com .
We will address the issue immediately and endeavor to find a solution.
