We deliver the goods worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Within Germany: €4.99
We offer free shipping for orders from €50.00 onwards.
Deliveries abroad:
Austria: €6.99
Switzerland: €8.99
EU (European Union): €7.99
International (rest of the world): €12.99
USA: $6.99
Free DHL shipping within the EU & Switzerland for orders from €50.00
Free UPS shipping to the USA for orders from $100
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3–8 days, and for international deliveries within 5–14 days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
